e. DLA Piper

DLA Piper is a multinational law firm that offers corporate, employment financial and other law services to corporate clients around the world. It was formed in January 2015 between three law firms, Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich LLP, Piper Rudnick LLP, and DLA LLP.
