Randie has more than 18 years of experience conducting financial audit in various industries of private and listed company, local and multinational company. He is experience in manufacturing, plantation, shipping, airlines, media, trading and services, hospitality, mining, property, etc. He has involve in corporate action in financial audit view for several action such as initial public offering, bonds offering, merger and acquisition transaction. He also has expertise in general audit for complex consolidation of group companies.
