Ronni Pangaribuan has more than 19 years of experience in conducting financial audit to local and multinational clients under Indonesian GAAP and IFRS in various industries, such as manufacturing, retail, plantation, power plant, airlines, self-regulation organization (SRO), and other for private or listed company, including State Own Enterprises. He has experience in Corporate Action from financial accounting view such as Initial Public Offering, Bonds offering, Merger and Acquisition transaction.
