Rosheny has more than twenty-three years of experience in conducting financial audit to local and multinational clients under Indonesian GAAP and IFRS in various industries, such as mining, manufacturing and retail for private or listed company. She has experience in Corporate Action from financial accounting view such as Initial Public Offering, Bonds offering, Merger and Acquisition transaction.
